Ray Yetka joined the firm in the Fall of 2015 as a litigation associate. Prior to this, he worked at small firms in San Francisco and the East Bay, practicing real property, immigration, and employment litigation. At Utrecht & Lenvin, Ray’s focus is in real estate matters, particularly landlord and tenant cases subject to the San Francisco Rent Ordinance. His area of expertise includes the following:

• Evictions for tenant fault
• No-fault evictions pursuant to owner-move-in, relative-move-in, and the Ellis Act
• HOA Disputes
• Private Counsel to Defendants Represented by Appointed Insurance Counsel
• Commercial lease negotiation

Ray has represented clients in hearings before the Rent Board, Planning Department, Superior Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal District Court. Ray is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, class of 2012. At USF, Ray was a staff member of the USF Law Review and earned a CALI award for excellence in Legal Research Writing & Analysis. His Pro Bono experience includes working as U-Visa Attorney for Bay Area Legal Aid and immigration Clinic Attorney at La Raza Centro Legal. Ray also represented indigent criminal defendants as a member of the Criminal Conflict Panel for Contra Costa County.
