Jack Wholey became of counsel to Utrecht & Lenvin, LLP in 2014. Mr. Wholey has practiced real estate law in San Francisco since 1980. From a practice that included a variety of land use matters and appearances before numerous government commissions, he now concentrates in subdivision law, including development projects, administrative approvals, community association creation, condominium conversions, and title issues. He has provided subdivision documentation for over 100 properties in San Francisco, including many high-rise condominium developments in downtown San Francisco and the South of Market area, as well as for numerous projects throughout the Bay Area. Mr. Wholey currently is on the Board of Directors of the Oakland Builders Alliance, is past chair of the California Building Industry Association BRE committee, and served for three years as chair of the Common Interest Development Subsection of the State Bar of California. He has been active in drafting legislation to refine the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act.
