Nancy C. Lenvin
Ms. Lenvin was a founding partner at the firm. She is now semi-retired and is of counsel to the firm. Ms. Lenvin is very well known in the community for representing residential property owners and commercial property owners and tenants, and representing clients before administrative agencies including the San Francisco Rent Board. Having retired from litigating cases, Ms. Lenvin focuses on the negotiation and drafting of leases and other contracts, and counseling clients on property management issues and risk avoidance. Ms. Lenvin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients. She is the esteemed co-author of the California Continuing Legal Education volumes on Landlord-Tenant Practice. She has also served on many public and private not for profit boards, including the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission; the San Francisco Municipal Railway Improvement Corporation; the Bay Area Transportation Corporation; and the San Francisco Senior Center. Ms. Lenvin is also a past officer and director of the San Francisco Apartment Association and the California Apartment Association, as well as a member of the Board of the Small Property Owners Association for whom she contributes on revisions of the its standard lease and other forms.
