Patrick J. Connolly

Patrick J. Connolly concentrates his practice on real estate transactions and litigation.  Mr. Connolly has been called upon to draft residential and commercial leases, lease termination agreements, purchase and sale agreements, exclusive representation agreements for real estate agents, promissory notes and settlement agreements.   He is working with Nancy Lenvin to revise the form residential lease that is provided to the members of the Small Property Owners of San Francisco.

He has been representing clients in San Francisco and the Bay Area concerning residential and commercial real property issues for the past five years.  He is experienced practicing before trial and appellate courts throughout Northern California and before the San Francisco Residential Rent Stabilization and Arbitration Board.  He has also represented clients regarding property management and eviction issues raised by the City of Oakland.

Mr. Connolly’s background in litigation gives him a unique approach when drafting transactional documents, which focuses on avoiding the pitfalls of litigation or, when avoiding litigation is not possible, drafting to improve clients’ position in prospective litigation.
